Ziv Peled, Chief Customer Officer at AppsFlyer, shares his thoughts on driving conversations internally with an engineering team to create a customer-centric culture and how to think about value delivery across an expansive product suite.

In the honeymoon stage, you must ‘wow’ the customer and this can come in various forms but organizations should always be looking for opportunities to make a positive impression with the customer and build trust.

Ask the question, “does the customer want to speak to you again?” – When creating your customer experience Ziv suggests putting yourself in your customer’s shoes and asking the question, “do I want to speak to my supplier again?”. This is a great lens for thinking about the importance of every customer interaction and the experience that is being delivered.
